Description

Brauer's Sustained Sleep tablets utilize sustained release technology, which is designed to gradually release the active ingredients, Skullcap, Lavender Oil and Passionflower, traditionally used in Western herbal medicine, over a 4-hour period, in order to provide long-lasting sleep support, with just one tablet nightly.

Brauer's Sustained Sleep tablets are designed to help fall asleep and maintain sleep throughout the night, with key ingredients traditionally used in Western Herbal Medicine.

Hops is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

  • Calm the mind and induce sleep
  • Reduce time to fall asleep

Passionflower is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

  • Relax the nervous system
  • Reduce disturbed sleep
  • Relieve symptoms of stress and mild anxiety

Skullcap is traditionally used in Western herbal medicine to:

  • Relieve nervous tension and symptoms of stress
  • Relieve sleeplessness

Lavender oil:

  • Decreases sleeplessness

Ingredients

Each tablet contains: Humulus lupulus (Hops) extract dry concentrate 80mg from dry flower 600mg Scutellaria lateriflora (Skullcap) extract dry concentrate 18.5mg from dry herb 1.85g Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) extract dry concentrate 60mg from dry herb top flowering and fruiting 600mg Lavender Oil 80mg Zinc sulfate monohydrate 13.72mg Equiv. Zinc 5mg

Directions

Adults – Take 1 tablet once daily, with water, 30 minutes before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Tablets should be swallowed whole and not broken or crushed prior to consuming.

Warnings

If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Contains sulphites. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Minerals can only be of assistance if dietary intake is inadequate.  Do not use if cap seal is broken.
