SHIPPING POLICY
General Shipping Information
Regents Park Pharmacy takes great care in inspecting, packing, and dispatching all orders to help ensure products arrive safely and in good condition. However, parcels may still be handled by third-party postal and courier services during transit, which are outside the direct control of Regents Park Pharmacy.
Available shipping options and estimated processing times will be displayed at checkout, where applicable.
Damaged, Missing, or Defective Items
Customers must contact Regents Park Pharmacy via email at sales@regentsparkpharmacy.com.au within 3 days of the recorded delivery date if the item(s):
· are damaged or defective
· are incorrect; or
· are missing from the order.
Customers may be required to provide:
· Photos of damaged or missing item(s)
· Photos of internal packaging
· Photos of external packaging
· Photos of shipping labels
· Additional supporting information requested by the relevant postal or courier provider
Customers should retain all original packaging, damaged items, and shipping materials until the investigation is complete, as postal or courier providers may require inspection or additional evidence.
Failure to report an issue within the required timeframe, or to provide requested evidence, may result in delays to or limitations on any claim, investigation, replacement, refund, compensation request, or other resolution, and may result in the request being declined.
Claims relating to damaged or missing contents may also be subject to assessment or investigation by the relevant postal or courier provider before an appropriate resolution can be determined.
Approved resolutions may include a replacement, partial refund, full refund, store credit, goodwill compensation, or another reasonable remedy, assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Transit & Packaging Conditions
While great care is taken in inspecting, packing, and dispatching all orders, parcels may still be handled by third-party postal and courier networks outside the direct control of Regents Park Pharmacy.
Minor cosmetic transit damage may occasionally occur during shipping despite careful packaging. This may include small dents, scuffs, packaging wear, or slight carton deformation. Where the product remains sealed, safe, and fit for use, minor cosmetic transit damage will generally not be considered a major product of fault.
Certain products, including gummies, soft capsules, and other temperature-sensitive items, may occasionally soften, melt, stick together, or undergo minor cosmetic changes during transit due to weather or temperature conditions outside the direct control of Regents Park Pharmacy. Where product safety, seal integrity, and usability are not affected, these transit-related changes will generally not qualify for replacement, refund, or compensation.
Products supplied by Regents Park Pharmacy are sold in their original Australian packaging. Packaging design, labelling, batch codes, and manufacturer presentation may occasionally vary due to manufacturer updates, batch variations, or regional packaging changes. Actual products received may differ slightly from images displayed on the website. Customers should refer to the product received for the most accurate representation.

Online tracking updates and delivery estimates are provided by third-party carriers and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside the control of Regents Park Pharmacy.
International Shipping
International shipments are fulfilled through third-party postal and courier networks and are outside the direct control of Regents Park Pharmacy. Accordingly, we do not guarantee delivery times, tracking accuracy, or successful customs clearance.
Products may not include translated labels or documentation. Customers are responsible for ensuring that products comply with all applicable import regulations, labelling requirements, and personal-use restrictions in the destination country prior to ordering.
All international orders are supplied for personal use only and must comply with the import laws, customs requirements, and quantity limits of the destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, fees, delays, inspections, seizures, or other customs actions are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping delays, customs inspections, airline disruptions, weather events, local postal processing delays, and other carrier-related issues are outside the control of Regents Park Pharmacy.
Customers may be required to contact their local postal operator and/or cooperate with carrier for investigations regarding damaged parcels, missing contents, customs issues, or delivery disputes. Customers should retain all original packaging and shipping materials for any affected parcels until investigations are fully completed.
Where parcels are returned to Regents Park Pharmacy due to circumstances outside our control (including incorrect address details, unclaimed parcels, or refusal of delivery), original shipping charges may not be eligible for a refund.
Customers may be required to pay additional re-shipping fees before a parcel can be re-dispatched if the parcel is returned due to any of the following reasons:
· Incorrect or incomplete address information
· Failure to collect the parcel
· Refusal of delivery
· Unpaid customs duties or taxes
· Import restrictions or customs rejection
· Any other delivery issues attributable to the customer
Returns & Re-Shipping
If customers wish to return an item for any reason, return postage and any associated shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once returned items are received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed in accordance with ours Refund Policy.
Parcels deemed undeliverable may incur additional re-shipping fees equal to the original shipping cost. Customers will be contacted prior to re-dispatch.
For exchanges, customers may return the original item at their own expense and place a new order for the replacement item. Standard shipping charges will apply.
Click & Collect (Local Pickup)
Click & Collect is available Monday to Saturday and is free of charge.
Customers collecting orders must provide:
· Order number
· Valid photo identification
· Order confirmation email
To authorise a third party to collect an order, customers must notify Regents Park Pharmacy via website chat or by email at sales@regentsparkpharmacy.com.au.
When arranging a third-party collection, customers must provide the authorised person’s full name and phone number.
Authorised third-party collectors must provide:
· Order number
· Valid photo identification (their own ID or the original customer's ID)
· Order confirmation email
Stock & Quantity Enquiries
Online cart availability reflects current stock availability at the time of ordering. Please note that stock is not reserved until checkout is completed and payment has been successfully processed.
