Metamucil Fibre Gummies are a prebiotic plant-based fibre blend that supports digestive health. With less than 0.5g of sugar per gummy, they are a delicious and convenient way to supplement your daily fibre intake! Take 3 Gummies per serve which is equivalent to a whole cup of broccoli!

Ingredients

  • Inulin, soluble corn fibre (Fibersol), water, xylitol; less than 2% of pectin, citric acid (PH adjuster), sodium citrate, natural orange flavour, coconut oil with carnauba wax, colour (annatto).
  • These gummies are made with Inulin and Fibersol, the newest fibres in the Metamucil family.

Directions

For ages 12 and up:

  • 1 Gummy: Nice & Easy!
  • 2 Gummies: Double Down!!
  • 3 Gummies: Fibre Up!!! (One Serving)

Up to 3 servings/day. Do not exceed recommended servings.

New users: Start with 1-3 gummies per day. Gradually increase to 3 servings per day as necessary. You may experience changes in bowel habits/minor bloating as your body adjusts to increase fibre intake.
