- 成年人：

- 維持心血管和心臟健康：每天服用1.25毫升（1/4公噸）。
- 兒童：用於健康的認知功能：
- 2 - 5年：每天服用1.25毫升（1/4公噸）。
- 6 - 12年：每天服用2.5毫升（1/2公制）。
