路線
- 建議每天兩次或按照您的醫療保健專業人士的建議。

- 準備 230 mL 份 Ensure Powder：
1) 將 195 mL 冷水倒入玻璃杯中。
2) 邊攪拌邊逐漸加入 6 平勺或 53.8 克 Ensure Powder，混合直至溶解。確保冷藏後飲用效果最佳。
- Ensure Powder 還可以添加到各種食譜中，作為您最喜歡的膳食的營養補充。
